Had the best time catching up with co-workers. Doesn’t seem long ago that we were starting out in the clinic and did nothing but play Uno….good times!<\/p>\n

It was a perfect ramen day. Cool high 60’s. Ramen Jin was one of the better ramen places that opened in Houston. When they opened, there was a long line of Houstonites wanting to sample the real-deal ramen. It didn’t disappoint. Took me back to my Tokyo days when I would grab a quick lunch in those tiny hole-in-the-walls, served by old Japanese ladies who speaks not a word of English.<\/p>\n
